Hylke has over 15 years of experience in the Dutch insurance market and specializes in making insurance processes data-driven and AI-driven. He previously worked for Achmea and Triple A Risk Finance. In his current role, Hylke focuses on supporting insurers in modernizing and optimizing pricing, underwriting, and claims handling using (Gen) AI solutions. Hylke has worked on projects for NN, asr, Achmea, AEGON, Hienfeld, and Turien & Co in the Netherlands, and for AXA and Allianz internationally.
